Mati Coffee has been trained by companies such as Saeco, DeLonghi, and Faema. Our technicians are authorized to perform repairs on ALL Saeco and DeLonghi ESPRESSO MACHINES. We are also equipped to service all similar product lines like Spidem, Gaggia, Starbucks super automatic espresso machines, Jura, Rancilio, Carmiali, La Cimbali, Magister, Miele, Wega, Eureka and Nuova Simonelli. We have specially trained technicians to work on commercial machines of ALL brands!

No appointment is required.

If you are out of state you can ship the machine directly to our warehouse at the address listed above. Please include all of your contact information including a phone number as well as a short description of the problem you are having with the machine. We recommend using a brand new, sturdy box for shipping. 1. Important: Insure your shipment for the value of your coffee and/or equipment with your freight carrier. This includes packing your machine and/or equipment in accordance with insurance requirements for carrier’s damage coverage policy.
**We suggest using FedEx or UPS.**
2. Please double box your machine and/or equipment.
3. Include all accessories for testing of machine and/or equipment.
4. Include your contact information in box (name, phone number, address).
5. Include a brief description of the problem you are having with your machine and/or equipment.



Our Guarantee:

Here at Mati Coffee, when we receive your machine, we not only examine the issue of concern, but also do a complete inspection:

- We thoroughly test the machine after repair – to make sure the machine and the replacement part work perfect.

- We do a complete machine check-up – to make sure all of the components are working properly and at its fullest potential.

- We provide a complementary grinder service – where we check coffee quality and consistency – to make sure that you are getting a perfect cup of espresso every time.

- We provide a complete clean-up of your machine, run a full descale cycle and return the machine to you in the best possible condition.

We are committed to ensuring each client enjoys the full potential of his or her machine.



Diagnostic:

When you drop off your machine at our repair shop we will provide you with an update on the diagnosis and a quote within 2-3 business days. Once diagnostic repair quote is provided to customer, customer has 7 days to approve work and/or pick up (or arrange for return shipment of) the machine. (The approximate turn around time for repairs is usually 5-7 business days.)

Any machine left in at Mati Coffee's possession for more than 120 days from diagnostic quote date will be deemed abandoned and will be disposed of unless prior arrangement has been made with and agreed by Mati Coffee.


Labor:

Labor charges will vary depending on machine model and if/what parts need to be replaced inside of the machine. Generally to repair a home espresso machine the cost is between $180 to $250dollars. This does not including shipping. In the event that we contact you with the estimate for your machine and you decide not to have the machine repaired, we will then have to charge a flat rate of $50.00 for a diagnosis fee.


Warranty:

Replaced parts have a three months warranty granted by Mati Coffee which excludes electrical parts as there is no warranty on electrical parts. Neither warranty covers misuse, abuse, negligence, power surges, shipping damage, nor items not included in the invoiced repairs. There are no returns or refunds for repair services.


Machine Pick-up and/or shipping back to customer:

Once machine repair is complete, Mati Coffee will contact customer to arrange for pick-up and confirm invoice. The customer has 7 days to pick up and/or arrange for machine to be shipped back. Any machine left at Mati Coffee possession for more than 120 days from invoice date will be deemed abandoned unless prior arrangement has been made with and agreed by Mati Coffee. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from our workshop. If a customer is local, he or she is responsible for delivery and pick up of the machine.
