Mati Coffee Refund/Return policy


Duration of Return Policy

Any returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt of the item by the buyer. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Every return is subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, as well as any fees or additional costs. Under no condition will we accept returns after 30 days of receipt.

Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that any items that have been opened or used are non-refundable. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances. These include:

  • Special Order Items: Products that we do not normally have stocked and have been ordered specifically at your request.

  • Perishable Items: Any food items, capsules or coffee beans, due to health and safety concerns.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We always recommend using a shipping service with tracking and purchasing shipping insurance. 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our team via email at info@maticoffee.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

  2. Return Approval: Wait for our team to respond with approval for your return. This process may take up to 72 hours.If you reach out to us on weekend, we will be able to get back to you on the following business days.  PLEASE do not send your product back to us without receiving approval.

  3. Shipping Product Back: Once approved, securely pack your product, and send it to the address provided by our customer service staff. Remember to include all original packaging, accessories, and any promotional items that came with the product.

  4. Receiving and Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, the return may be denied.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@maticoffee.com and follow the return process outlined above.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Processing:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
