How Do I Return An Item?

Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 calendar days after delivery for new/unused items showing no damage. Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we can initiate the refund minus ALL shipping costs.

Espresso machines, Grinders, and all other heavy coffee equipment returns MUST include ALL ORIGINAL BOXES, including all documents in the exact condition the item(s) was packaged and received. Used machines will be accepted for a refund with a 20% Restocking Fee charge.

Damaged Merchandise

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs and damages when returning an item.

If receiving a damaged item, we ask that you please contact Customer Service immediately to initiate a return or exchange procedure.

We ask that you carefully package the item(s) to protect it from any damages that could be caused during shipping.
