How Do I Return An Item?

Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 calendar days after delivery for new/unused items showing no damage. Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we can initiate the refund minus ALL shipping costs.

Note if your machine or grinder carry a warranty from purchase date. If so, we will inspect the product for repairs or replacement prior to processing your refund.

Espresso machines, grinders, and all other heavy coffee equipment returns MUST include ALL ORIGINAL BOXES, including all documents in the exact condition the item(s) was packaged and received.

Returns will be accepted, and refunded to the original form of payment or via personal check, minus a 20% Restocking Fee. Please allow 48 hours from your refund request time and date for completion.

Damaged Merchandise

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs and damages when returning an item.

If receiving a damaged item, we ask that you please contact us immediately to initiate a return or exchange procedure.

We ask that you carefully package the item(s) to protect it from any damages that could be caused during shipping.

Kindly keep in mind we try our absolute best to assist our customers as fast and efficiently as possible to keep all of our customers happy. We require 24 to 48 hours for review after you initiated a return or exchange to gather information pertaining your order.
