DeLonghi Automatic Espresso Machines. We are also
equipped to service all similar product
lines like Spidem | Gaggia | Starbucks Super Automatic Espresso Machines | Jura | Rancilio | Carimali| La Cimbali | Magister | Miele | Wega | Eureka | and Nuova Simonelli.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not repair any Nespresso, Lavazza, or Krups brand machines. We are also unable to service the DeLonghi EC680 model, and DeLonghi BCO/combination machines.

No appointment is required. Although, we ask you to give us a call once in the driveway, as we are assisting one customer at a time due to COVID19. If you see a customer inside the vestibule area, please wait inside your car until they leave.
For Machines Being Shipped In: If you are out of state, you can ship the machine directly to our warehouse at the address listed above. Please include all of your contact information including a phone number as well as a short description of the problem you are having with the machine. We recommend using a brand new, sturdy box for shipping. Insure your shipment
for the value of your coffee and/or equipment with your freight
carrier. This includes packing your machine and/or equipment in
accordance with insurance requirements for carrier’s damage coverage
policy. **We suggest using FedEx or UPS.**
Please double box your machine and/or equipment.
Include all accessories for testing of machine and/or equipment.
Include the Repair Request Form or a note with your contact information inside the box (name, phone number, address).
Include a brief description of the problem you are having with your machine and/or equipment.
Diagnosis: When you drop off your machine at
our repair shop, we will provide you with an update on the diagnosis and a quote
within 5-10 business days from the day of drop off. Once diagnostic repair quote is provided to customer,
customer has seven (7) days to approve or decline repair. (The
approximate turn around time for repairs is usually 5-10 business days, although during peak times it may take up to 3 weeks.)
Any machine left at Mati Coffee's
possession for more than 90 days from diagnostic quote date will be deemed
abandoned and will be disposed of unless prior arrangement has been made with
and agreed by Mati Coffee.
Labor: Labor charges will vary depending on the machine model and parts needed to be replaced. When checking in your machine, we charge a non-refundable diagnostic fee of $90.00 - $150.00 (depending on the type of machine) which is applied towards the repair cost, should you move forward with the service. We will then contact you within five to ten business days to give the estimate for the repair.
Warranty: Replaced parts by Mati Coffee have a three month warranty. Electrical parts such as a power board, display screen & etc. are not covered by Mati Warranty. Warranty DOES NOT COVER; misuse, abuse, negligence, power surges,
shipping damage, problems caused by freezing temperatures, or parts NOT included on the repair invoice. There are no
returns or refunds for completed repair services. Machines are completely tested before the customer is called. Once picked up from Mati Coffee's possession, Mati Coffee is not responsible for any damages.
Machine Pick-up and/or shipping back
to customer: Mati Coffee will contact customer by phone to provide repair estimate, and arrange pick-up. The customer has seven (7) days from the date of call by Mati Coffee to pick up. For machine's being shipped back, payment must be provided prior to machine leaving Mati Coffee shop. Any machine left in Mati Coffee's possession for more than 90 days from
invoice date, will be deemed abandoned unless prior arrangement has been made
with and agreed by Mati Coffee. *The customer is responsible for all shipping
charges to and from our workshop.
If a customer is local, he or she is
responsible for delivery and pick up of the machine.
